PRICES

Prices stated do not include taxes. All prices are subject to change because of possible manufacturers’ price changes. Also, undetected pricing errors may be corrected at any time. In case of a sizeable increase, we shall notify you prior to shipping.

$1000 to $2499 – 5%
$2500 & Up – 10%
(Discounts not applicable on furniture and arts & crafts)
Pick up orders are eligible for a 5% discount.

RECEIVING

Product leaving our warehouse is checked twice before it is shipped out. Please check the number of cartons and note any damages before signing for the product and let the driver know. Keep the cartons if claims need to be made. Inspect the product immediately & carefully. Report any concealed damages and short shipment within 1-2 days. Delays in reporting may result in carrier refusing to pay claims.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Sonsuh will honour all manufacturer’s warranties on products purchased from us. (Proof of purchase will be required).

RETURNS

If an item does not function well under normal use, we will gladly take it back within 30 days for a store credit, exchange, or refund.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from us. When requesting authorization to make returns, please include billing invoice number. Materials being returned must be in saleable condition and should be insured since you are responsible for all materials invoiced. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged when return is made as a result of customer ordering error together with the shipping charge. Please note that returns may not be accepted if the claim is not made within 7 days.

TERMS

Orders may be accompanied by a Visa, MasterCard, or company cheque (money order or a bankers draft should accompany personal orders). Net 30 days will be granted to schools and other authorized institutions upon approved credit.

SALES TAX

Prices do not include GST, PST, or HST. Appropriate taxes will be added to orders. If you are exempt, please send us your exemption certificate.

FREIGHT POLICY

• Delivery will be free to locations in Greater Toronto and Suburbs for orders over $350.00 (before taxes), with the exception of furniture & equipment, where a nominal 5% charge will be added. Orders under $350.00 will be subject to a 5% shipping charge (Min. $12.00)
• Orders shipping to other areas will be subject to a 5-10% shipping charge, with the exception of furniture, which may be extra. Orders going to remote areas or areas not accessible by ground transportation will be subject to extra freight or the responsibility of the customer. Please call us for details.
• FOB (Freight On Board) items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer and will be subject to additional shipping charges.
• For your convenience, freight will be prepaid and added to your invoice.
• Large orders may qualify for freight discounts, please call our customer service department for more details.
• Please note that freight couriers deliver to the front or back door. If you need items to be delivered upstairs or inside classrooms or other institutions, there may be a small additional fee for delivering furniture. Please let us know what your needs are when placing your order.
• Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days; items not in stock may take 2-3 weeks to come in. Furniture orders may take longer. Please let us know if you prefer to ship complete or in-stock items first.
